Received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University School of Professional Psychology, and completed a masters degree in marriage and family therapy at California State University, Fullerton. I believe that individuals are inherently capable of growth when provided a safe and supportive space. My approach to therapy is integrative. I utilize cognitive- behavioral and family systems models, mindfulness, and developmentally appropriate interventions in working towards the meaningful goals set by clients. My practice includes treating children, adolescents, adults and families.
